These terms cover your use of Cashpumpkin at cashpumpkin.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

Free trial and automatic renewal

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You add a card when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the 7 days are up, your card is charged $9 (plus any applicable tax) when the trial ends, and again every month until you cancel. The free trial is limited to one per person and per card; if a card has already been used for a trial, billing starts right away.

Canceling

Cancel anytime in Cashpumpkin under Account → Manage card or cancel, or by emailing hello@cashpumpkin.com. If you cancel during the trial you won't be charged. If you cancel after, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for and won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires.

Price changes

If the price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Your data

Your deals belong to you. You can download them as a CSV at any time, including after your subscription ends. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Estimates, not advice

Cashpumpkin shows estimates based on public data and the numbers you enter. They may be wrong or out of date. Cashpumpkin isn't an appraisal or financial, tax, legal or investment advice; check important numbers with a lender, agent, inspector or other professional before you buy.

Using Cashpumpkin fairly

Use Cashpumpkin only for lawful purposes, keep your sign-in to yourself, and don't try to get around the trial or payment limits, break or overload the service, or copy its data in bulk. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Cashpumpkin is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from decisions made using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
